- Stand in line
- Mail/ship letters and packages
- Buy stamps
- Buy USPS logo chachka
- Get your passport
In Japan, you can do those things, plus:
- Buy mailable treats (Kit Kat are given for good luck here and they come in a million different varieties - spring is here, so Sakura flavored are now out!)
- Same as above, but with a smile!
- Pay your bills
- Pay your insurance
- Pay your traffic tickets...
See...if our post offices sold awesome flavors of kit kats, I'd be much more apt to actually standing in line.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a crazy complicated ticket!
If they had the Kits Kats, maybe they would not need to keep raising postage... Just sayin'...
DeleteI suppose it would be a crazy complicated ticket - except that the only thing I could read was the Yen, the date (due) and I remembered that I could pay at a bank (BOOOOOORRRRRRRING) or the Post Office (Adventure!!!)!
